refunds & cancellations

​Refunds:

 

- Eligibility: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 3 business days.

- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@montessorimamatoys.com.

Cancellations:

 

- Within 24 Hours: Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Please email contact@montessorimamatoys.com with your order number to request a cancellation.

- After 24 Hours: Cancellations made after 24 hours may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
